At Uttermara®, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, consistent weighted blankets. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unused, undamaged, and all original packaging and labels are intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact us at with your order number and images/video of the issue. We'll provide you with a return label and further instructions.
  • Reasons for Return/Exchange: Please inform us in advance if your return or exchange is due to:
    1. Defective Item
    2. Wrong Item Received
    3. Item Damaged During Transit
    4. Missing or Lost Item

Amazon Purchases

For items purchased through Amazon, please initiate the return within your Amazon account or contact Amazon Customer Service at 888-280-4331.

Fees and Processing

  • No Additional Fees: Uttermara® does not charge any return or restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. We'll notify you via email once your refund/exchange request is decided. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within two business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer
  • Accuracy of Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Uttermara® is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address Corrections: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, you will receive a refund minus a $20 restocking fee. This fee is waived for exchanges.
  • No Charge for Address Changes by Carrier: If a shipping provider contacts us to change your address, there will be no charge.
